Why Should Anybody Take More Shots In Wrestling? (Explained)

I’ll be explaining why anybody would benefit from taking more shots in wrestling.

Why Should Anybody Take More Shots In Wrestling?

“Your takedown game might as well resort to sprawling and hoping for the best, making you one-dimensional.” Let Henry Cejudo tell you and I’ll confirm that shooting is the number 1 way to be more offensive in the sport. That’s regardless of the style you compete in.

A Word From Henry

It might work to your advantage to listen to this guy considering he’s a 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist in Freestyle Wrestling.

Henry Cejudo was probably the first household name in wrestling that I got familiar with as I got serious in the sport.

He’s definitely the first wrestler I supported when I witnessed wrestlers that did the same sport I did see success in MMA.

Listen To Me

I’m qualified to discuss wrestling because of both the success I’ve seen and amount of time I spent being a student to the sport.

I’m most known for competing in folkstyle and even contested some matches in freestyle but also trained Greco too.

Shoot to Be Offensive

Shooting brings you closer to your opponent in a maneuverable manner.

Plain and simply put it increases your chance of scoring points.

Regardless of Style

All forms of wrestling involve shooting to some degree.

There’s so many different moves that can be done from shooting it’s mind-blowing.
