You’re less likely to develop mental health or related mood disorders.

If you’re trying to be a real boss then you’ll realize that waking up early is part of the routine.

You’re either chasing dreams or sleeping to experience them.

It should recognized and acknowledged as credible advice whether it’s Carmelo Anthony or Wiz Khalifa telling you.

It’s a battle of willpower when you make the decision to wake up early for whatever you’re doing.

According to The Minds Journal you should wake up at 4:30 am every morning for optimal results.

Reading a Lot of Books

You don’t have to be a reader to appreciate reading.

There’s a joy that comes with being lost in a good book.

Reading becomes the healthy escape to take for motion if you ever feel stuck wherever you’re at.

One of my favorite authors is Kevin Johnson thanks to a book called The Entrepreneur Mind.

I could preach until I’m blue in the face about why reading’s so special but it’s something you have to mature into for full appreciation.

It didn’t take until I was doing reading on my own to start understanding it’s no different from binging your favorite tv show or movie.

Associate With Inspirational People

Inspirational people do what they can to enrich and preserve the good life.

These people are worth being around because they share the values as you.

They prioritize inner peace and strength.

It’s easy to see why they’re influential leaders in their chosen industry.

I find they translate their influence very well over to social media.

The “success gene” can apply to you whether you’re a man or woman.

Achieving Personal Goals

A goal is the task you’re constantly pursuing with expectations of achieving and helps you stay on track in life.

Goals takes a focus on mainly personal growth in order to achieve.

One of the most common traits that’s needed to be a professional goal achiever is consistency.

It can be a polished product that brings remnants of your own identity to the table.

Falling in love with the process of completing a goal is possibly most important.

Setting a goal turns the invisible visible finally.

Find Multiple Sources of Income

There’s an array of income options that can effortlessly put more money in your pocket.

You’ll find that most of these opportunities are ones that’ll also put others in a better financial situation too.

There’s people that make 5+ figures on Instagram alone and it should mean something to you if you’re paying attention.

It can happen for you on other social sites too with only a little focused tactical approaches.

Avoid Time Wasters

Time wasters are anything that don’t get you closer to your goal.

It can get the best of us whether we’re students or employees at a workplace.

Since I grew up Christian I’m confidently able to acknowledge other religions with their strengths and I’ll be addressing Muslims.

One thing I noticed the leaders in that religion are phenomenal at is proper time management.

There was an annual event that would go in my hometown of Zion ran by an Islamic group “Love For All, Hatred For None”.

I was young when I’d attend but there’s memories I’m able to revisit where there were so many events going on at once.

I was in the basketball tournament but there would be game booths.

Food tasting spots.

Informational booths about the religion.

Movie centers.

The list goes on but as an adult in reflection that has to be credited towards having elite time-management skills.

Stay with me here in understanding this isn’t about religion but an identifier to seeing what all can be done when time’s used effectively.
