Bad attitudes lead to all behaviors that go against the golden rule. That behavior communicates you’re uncooperative. Respond by having an informative agenda instead of belittling others. You have to actively practice and be in tune with your self awareness. And try to limit your complaining or gossip with coworkers you may have.

I’ve had emotions I repressed most of my life up to this point.
And what that does is zap mental energy.
