I’ll be explaining why a social media presence is important.
It’s something that I wanted to discuss because of how important it is in some people’s lives.
I’m fine with everyone being on these sites but I made it a personal priority to help everyone reach their goals with it.
That’s why I’m leading this discussion.
To enlighten and possibly learn something myself in the process.
Why Is a Social Media Presence Important?
A social media presence is important because it compliments your website. On top of that there’s also an easier call to action with those sites. Mainly because of the add ons and site exclusive perks. Most of the platforms available are blogs in comparison with YouTube being an exception. But if I chose a site to go viral on first it’ll be Pinterest.
Website Enhancement

A website isn’t complete without having a social media site ready to follow too.
You can take your pick for which one to build on as you keep adding content.
You’ll be able to see success without having a presence but it’s one of those perks where it doesn’t hurt to have.
The developers already put the work in with adding creative pieces that make it attractive to the casual user.
Professional Call to Actions

It’s not a guarantee BUT being able to do your call to actions via socials can make life incredibly easier.
There’s tools and such that can help you get your point across much better than a stand alone website ever could.
Going live on platforms is one of the greatest additions with being able to speak directly and in real time with your audience.
The best thing that you’re gonna have to for an effective close is having a short phrase.
This keeps things brief and encourages a specific step to take when it comes to making a sale.
YouTube or Blogging
Operating solely off social media isn’t exactly blogging but it’s insanely close enough.
You’re tipping your thoughts out with on some of the platforms being able to share a link you have.
The bio is where most links have to go but on a blog you self host will let you embed it being a keyword.
I personally see YouTube being more worth your time with how easy it is to post and gain views.
It takes work being able to effectively write out your thoughts.
That’s not to isolate your options.
There’s just extra elements that could get added with making your own videos.
The Viral Factor of Pinterest
Pinterest is gonna be a huge help for your brand.
Assuming you include media into your social sites of course.
You’re gonna want a selection of photos that can be easily obtained and act as support for whatever you post.
If you’re someone that creates pieces and share them with the right content being it then your posts will go viral on the site.
Final Thoughts
Having a social media presence is important for these reasons again.
- It enhances your existing website
- Helps you make better calls to action with your affiliate marketing
- Provides the growth for a YouTube channel
And if you want a platform to consider growing first then go with Pinterest.
Most things start with a good picture and with Pinterest you’ll have less pressure to do photography.
There’ll be an option for creating pictures digitally and seeing success through that too.
