I’m be starting an open discussion on why I have weird eating habits.
If you’re saying it’s cuz I’m a weirdo I wouldn’t argue with you much.
If anything I’m coming to you today in a partially vulnerable space with a personal story that I think should be shared.
Let’s get into it though.
Why do I have weird eating habits?
There’s a solid chance that I’m a weirdo when it comes to eating. But that goofy behavior makes me so unique. There’s a level of concentration I believe is present because I’ve had experiences in wrestling that shaped the way I eat. That’s not to blame the sport but considering the self control I also had to have that also puts things in perspective for myself.
