Why Being an Early Bird is Better
Being an early bird is better because you get more family time. Starting your day earlier also helps you finish it sooner as well. It’s an incredibly more healthy lifestyle when you think about it. Both physically and emotionally.
More family time
I’m sure you heard to some extent that family’s all that matters.
I don’t know about that yet but it’s definitely important.
The day is finished earlier
I’m skeptical about it but there’s a saying that suggests if the day’s started earlier then it ends quicker too.
An incredibly more healthy lifestyle
Most of the world gets active in the morning.
If you can adapt then you’ll fall in line and inherently be healthier as a result.
That’s something I wholeheartedly believe.
Optimistic about the day
Early starts to the day allows us to be optimistic about what’s coming our way.
There’s plenty of possibilities and opportunities that come with the 24 hours we get from the moment we wake up.
A mentor of mine mentioned something that stuck with me.
Our most productive hours of the day are within the first 3 hours of waking up.
So far I can’t argue against it.
