I’ll be sharing the ways I lead.
How I Lead
- Being a visionary
- Keeping a growth mindset
- Being creative
- Having an abundance mentality
- Encouraging others to be leaders
- Making personal development priority
- Creating positive impacts
Being a Visionary
Part of being a visionary has something to do with mastering the art of timing.
There’s not a lot of things that I like to keep out of my control and wouldn’t typically subscribe to the thought but there’s something to it.
If you’re a visionary you’ll be seeing the bigger picture and part of making sure everything plays out how you saw it is meeting deadlines.
The Perks of a Growth Mindset
A mindset built around growth is serious care at its finest.
It promises yourself that there’s opportunity for improvement with whatever you do.
I find it’s being optimistic regardless of the circumstances.
You’ll be telling yourself these times if you have a growth mindset:
- “I’m heading in the right direction.”
- “Each time I try I’m learning something new.”
- “The more knowledge I get the more dangerous I become.”
- “Mistakes are learning lessons.”
- “It gets worse before it gets better.”
- “Each practice gets me better.”
Being Creative
Being creative is one of the main things that separates a leader from a follower.
Having an abundance mentality
Encourage others to be leaders
Making personal development priority
Creating positive impact
