It took me a moment to consider which of the were better but I’m going with dogs and it’s for these reasons:

• “Man’s best friend”
• I feel Less likely to get injured by a dog than cat
• There’s better dog icons than cats although there’s some strong contenders
• Able to do more exercises with them

Dogs are Man’s Best Friend

Dogs are another member of the family that seems to be able to go anywhere an owner goes.

There’s plenty of people that would go on to say how they like their dog even more than most humans.

You’ll find stories where people give credit to their dogs for being good listeners and maybe more popular as protectors.

Less Likely to Get Injured by Dog Than Cat

This is my bit of a hot take in feeling that I’m less likely to get injured by a dog than a cat but I have my reasons.

I watched a cat scratch up their owner like nothing I’ve ever seen before while they were trying to convince me it was friendly.

Maybe it was but that wasn’t one of their best moments.

Best Dog Characters Ever

A few of my favorite are:

• Butch from Tom and Jerry
• Droopy
• Krypto
• Snoopy

Best Cat Characters Ever

• Tom from Tom and Jerry
• Garfield
• Cat from CatDog

Dogs are Great Workout Partners

It’s not the most original stance but dogs are hands down the best partners for a workout.
