A two week notice is important for many angles.
If anything it draws all of the planned attention in a proper way.
AKA ideally traditional marketing.
That’s more for if you’re a business owner but preparation is a highly underrated luxury anyway.
If you’re an employee though it does the following for your employer:
- gives them time to find a replacement
- transition any ongoing projects or responsibilities
