The first thought that immediately comes to mind is a reduction of quality.
People would casually expect that most foods go through some sort of processing.
That doesn’t make it good though.
There’s levels to processed food and some of the worst are ones you’ll find on your local grocery store shelf.
Any professional chef would agree.
Why is food quality reduced when it’s processed?
Peeling outer layers of traditional foods that come from plants may remove their nutrients and fiber.
