Why is it important to know your family tree? (my perspective EXPLAINED)

I’ll be explaining why it’s important to know your family tree.

It helps that I’m making this as I’m at a family reunion at the moment.

The time this drops though it’ll be over with but how appropriate.

Why is it important to know your family tree?

They had a part in creating what our present is known as today.

It expands our opportunity to have a more open mind.

Strengthens the chance for more collaborations with family that you may or may not see often.

It also makes asking for favors or future favors much more likely to happen.

Why did our ancestors switch from eating raw meat to eating cooked meat?

I believe it has something to do with them using their imagination to be innovative.

Pounding and heating food “predigests” it.

So the benefit it brings to our guts is that it spends less energy breaking it down.

My theory is our ancestors discovered that they felt better eating meat that was hit with heat instead of freshly cut Raw Meat.

The science proves we absorb more than if the food were raw.

If it’s cooked we’ll be able to extract more fuel for our brains.

Cooking was invented as a way to dramatically extend the safety and shelf life of meat.
