I’ll be going over why running’s addictive.
I thought it was clever to include it into my business activities.
Because I took the time to break down the parallel between sprinting and a 30 day journey we’ll call it.
Why is Running Addictive?
Running is addictive because of the runner’s high you get. Exercise in general releases a feel good hormone called endorphins. They act as natural painkillers are mood elevators. It’s close to living physically through the movie Hardcore Henry – a POV action blockbuster
What Habits did you learn in India that have stuck?
Because I haven’t been there personally yet I’ve learned most of my habits from movies.
I’m going with Slumdog Millionaire for this one.
A couple habits that I could confidently say I picked up was:
- Taking time to picture moments mentally by reflecting usually to answer questions correctly when the stakes are high
- Another is keeping promises with people you call your friends no matter what
