I’ll be sharing what I think makes a teacher great.
What makes a teacher great?
Being able to think big.
They create options when it comes to methods for their teaching styles.
There’s a personal quality that allows teachers to have longevity on top of their impact.
And lastly is another quality that’s not talked about enough.
Patience.
Why don’t people think big?
It’s because they feel restricted to the thinking capacity that their environment thinks in.
It’s normal to have thoughts of being different from others too and to know that small-thinking could actually sabotage yourself.
Specifically referring to teachers it may be a thinking big issue if there’s problems and I think it’s from setting their sights too low.
Call it a theory if need be but I believe the teachers that struggle only look to have a certain amount of power.
In this case benefits.
That could include perks which give them a better status from a distance or anything related.
It could be a bit of a reach and I don’t even mean to call them but feel free to share a different view if you got one.
