Why motivation is nothing (#1 Reason Why)

I’ll be explaining why motivation is nothing.

It’s a word that comes up a lot when it comes to success and other personal development lessons.

Is it an overrated word that’s innate or can it be manipulated to being a good variable for being successful.

Let’s get into the question though.

Why motivation is nothing

Motivation isn’t much besides simple boredom.

The stress someone may experience from unaware motivational issues can even lead to a burnout if unaddressed.

It can be an unbelievably overwhelming experience if you never felt it yourself.

But the most common reason for motivational problems points to a lack of clear goals.

Why does boredom mean lack of motivation?

Boredom means lack of motivation because individuals are stuck in a routine that eventually lacks meaning or purpose.

Why does motivation get affected with stress?

Physical fatigue can make doing basic things difficult and finding the motivation to do them even harder.

Does overwhelment kill motivation?

It absolutely can.

There’s a pressure that comes with public leadership.

It’s not guaranteed that everybody reacts the best way but there’s for sure people let the pressure get to them.

How do goals affect motivation?

Setting the right goals help us create a roadmap that guides our actions.

If modified well enough it leads to increased task performance and persistence.

Final thoughts

Motivation isn’t much more than having better clarity on your goals.

As soon as you lost stock in your goal becomes that lack of motivation we’ve been talking about.

There’s behaviors and mindsets that support remaining loyal to this philosophy.
