I’ll be explaining why commission is better than salary.
This is me securing my position on what makes earning a commission better than simply going with a salary.
It’s time to look more into the 2 forms of financial earnings.
Why is commission better than salary?
Promotes more motivation.
It attracts some of the most money hungry individuals around.
It’s not a pay scale that runs an entire company but it’s one of the most rewarding positions available.
For me it’s much better than relying on a price tag with a ceiling.
Because that what a salary feels like it makes commission based pay seem even better.
Why does commission promote more motivation?
It’s because commission based programs provide a direct financial incentive for employees to perform at their best.
Why would someone come to work with commission pay and not want to actually work?
This could be if someone’s earning the right kind of pay but not for the cause that they believe in.
Why don’t they just pay everyone based on commission?
There’s a level of uncertainty that comes with 100% commission based pay.
The pay could easily cover the amount of salary for some positions.
It’s one of the most unique structures when it comes to pay scales.
Why salary depends on your interview?
The employer will hire based on the company’s needs.
There could be a variable of factors that could influence your interview.
But that’s just too much to have to worry about when it comes to meeting my financial goals.

Final thoughts
Commission is better than salary because it provides more incentive to perform at your best.
Especially in a company.
