Is it safe to drink water in plastic bottles?

Despite there possibly being hundreds of thousands of potentially harmful tiny plastic particles into our bodies the water in plastic bottles are safe to drink.

Those tiny particles are actually called nanoplastics and shows us that it’s best to consume our water through glass or stainless steel.
