How I waste the most time every day (5 Time-Wasting Activities To Stop Doing Immediately)

I’ll be answering how I waste the most time every day.

How do you waste the most time every day?

  • Worrying
  • Solving the same problems over again
  • Having a clutter collection
  • Mindless Scrolling Through Social Media
  • Unnecessary Chat

If these areas of my work life could improve then I would be much further along in my career.

If these responses become a reliable thing then I’ll continue updating these as they’re fun and invoke some interesting convos.

“Why worry your entire life away?”

Worrying wastes time because understanding how work is credited makes doing it a worse decision.

If you accept the fact your work matters then every moment you experience will be what’s earned.

It causes unnecessary stress and ill health.

The most common health concern that comes up when this is the issue is anxiety.

Solving the same problems over again

Solving the same problems over again is getting tired of monotony.

It’s a very common reason why people get tired of careers and things alike despite the time spent on activity.

Having a clutter collection

Having a clutter collection is just a moment that usually comes from hanging out in the past for too long.

It could be going through items that could easily be sold and open more space.

Mindless scrolling through social media

This can be a major time waster for anybody with an account or self manages a business account.

Social media is made for you to spend as much time possible on the app.

If you find yourself in it for hours without making any money stop using it.

Share whatever work and carry on.

Unnecessary Chat

Unnecessary chat is easy to fall victim towards if you feel the need to start every conversation that comes your way.

Sometimes the forced small talk can wait until after you do that action pushing your business forward.

Final thoughts

There’s plenty of things that can be forced as a substitute for work that was actually productive.

My actions or even lack thereof are:

  • Worrying
  • Solving the same problems over again
  • Having a clutter collection
  • Mindless scrolling on social media
  • Unnecessary chats

I’m sure there were better things to put than the ones I shared initially but they could be the difference for someone else’s success.
