It’s a personality type that’s known for being anti-social.
When I think of a full fledged introvert they’re people that don’t hang out in large groups.
They might have several friends but they don’t usually hang out with them all at once.

Most introverts hate small talk because they rather recharge their social battery.
They rather spend time alone and be with their own thoughts.
Introverts generally believe that small talk actually creates a barrier between people.
They feel like it’s an inefficient use of their limited social energy.

Why do introverts hate public speaking?
Introverts hate public speaking because they’re usually worried about being judged and making mistakes in front of others.
Some extroverts even have the same problem.
My single best suggestion for doing better with public speaking is to do the prep work.
Preparation alone can be the difference maker in delivering a top quality product.
In this case it’s a speech.
Prepping for a speech can be having certain cues that you’ll be prepared to initiate in action.
Maybe it’s a change in tonality or even topic.
It’s all depending on what type of speech you’re writing.
Some introverts actually make the best public speakers in observation but the trouble comes from being the center of attention.
I personally think introverts can be excellent public speakers because it usually involves having deep conversations.
Even if it’s in front of a large audience.
It’s not a secret that they don’t like small talk so that leaves them with the opposite.
With that knowledge it also suggests that introverts would also make ideal long-form content creators.
That’s a theory I believe holds some weight.
Why do introverts not like to be touched?
Introverts don’t like to be touched because it’s a personal action that most feel overwhelmed by.
They consider themselves private people.
I personally identify with more of an extroverted personality considering I usually earn an ENFJ rating on the MBTI tests.
The interesting that I find about my commonly earned title is we mainly get grouped in with extroverted-introverts.
So that’s a hybrid mix if you’re unfamiliar.
At best the thing I could do is theorize what it means and I’m sure because it’s mixed that I could understand what some parts of introverts feel.
With introverts I feel the only touch they would really appreciate is sex because it’s a longer touch that involves deep feelings.
Why are introverts more quiet?
Introverts are seen as more quiet because they tend to be easily distracted.
Matter of fact when compared to their extrovert counterparts they also think more deeply and carefully.
There’s also a chance that introverts who fall in this category are impacted with genetics.
One of the most home-hitting facts that I can relate to best is it could just be the way introverts are raised.
I like to draw parallels and see an introvert present in one of my favorite anime shows of all time.
Naruto.
One character from that show I believe fits the mold of an introvert is Kakashi Hatake.
