Jealousy in a relationship can be annoying because it becomes a breeding ground for suspicion.
There becomes a level of doubt that’s tough to come back from when dealing with your partner.
Eventually the feelings compound to a point where there becomes an inevitable amount of mistrust.
What are your jealous feelings trying to tell you?
Feelings of jealousy tells us that we’re experiencing fear.
These fears reveal several areas of our lives that we’re reminded we lack in at times.
They may be:
- Underestimation
- Abandonment
- Being replaced
- Judgement
That’s only to name a few of many more that could potentially manifest.
Why would a partner get mad if the other is jealous?
Jealousy in relationships are generally seen as a complex and sensitive situation.
It ultimately stems from a lack of understanding from your partner and that’s what causes the earlier listed fears.
If it’s not addressed soon enough then it could easily grow into paranoia and obsession.
