We might forget names but remember intricate details due to possible ADD. It could be that or even short-term memory loss being the cause.

When it comes to remembering names there’s techniques we can use to remember them better. And if that doesn’t help then there could also be the case where possible dementia might be to blame too.

Final thoughts

I’m someone that tries their hardest to remember names as soon as I’m told what it is.

Sometimes I’m on point when I first learn of it and other times I’m not so hot with it.
