Why are black Americans always expected to show forgiveness when they are attacked by racists?

There’s moments of a weak race card that’ll be played occasionally and targeted but not nearly as much as the legitimate problems.

We could reference the racist massacres at Emanuel AME. Or even the case of Brandt Jean that sparked debates on the issue. If that isn’t enough there’s also alarming number of blacks ending up in prison. And if that’s not enough of a challenge there’s always the corporate world.

Do racists deserve forgiveness?

Yeah but it has to be confessed and come from a place that shows true remorse.

I believe there has to be an opportunity of reform for anybody that desires to give up racism.

It’s worth acknowledging that as strongly as I feel should this there’s also others that don’t agree with me.

But if we can have empathy for celebrities and public figures then we should also have the same treatment for average civilians too.

My suggestion would be to have the reformed racist directly use their privilege to enhance the life of the race they wronged in the past.

As a black American I see it as we should let people change the same way we would come together to protect any other right we have.

That’s to help them eagerly and take it as personal.

I do however think there should also be less leniency for racists as they get older and have more legal privileges.

Why don’t blacks take revenge on whites?

Black folk don’t find the need to take revenge on whites because we simply want equality.

We’re naturally people that can co-exist.

There’s just ridiculous narratives that get painted about black people and their lack of being able to live in harmony.

We don’t have resentment collectively when discussing things that need to happen for us to move forward as a culture.

It can actually be a little sad to witness when watching behavior continue to be forgiven but it’s also beautiful at the same time too.

As for business though there’s definitely a feeling of cheating and manipulation when it comes to natural resources owed to black folk.

Why do some dogs not like black people?

Most cases in where dogs might be seen to exclusively not like black people usually points to a socializing issue.

The owners of these dogs didn’t raise them around black folk and that made them treat them as unknown possible threats.

An interesting theory I came across also involved the way we as blacks would expose moments of our own PTSD around certain dogs.

So if we were to come near a German shepherd then they might get the same treatment that we would show a K-9 unit.

There might be some merit to that thought considering there’s only one type of dog that police add on their patrols.
