Are you a leader or a follower?
I’m a follower that leads in areas I care about most.
Somebody probably asked what do you mean by that and I’ll be happy to share.
A follower that leads is someone that can pick up and apply trends that they recognize going on with whatever.
The leading aspect I’d add is being able to have it work for yourself when working on influencing others.
