I’ll be starting a discussion and openly theorizing why I’m unable to dream.
Why am I unable to dream
I have a theory as to why I haven’t been able to dream lately and it involves 3 points that I think make a difference:
- Caffeine
- Alcohol
- Medication
- Sleep disorders
- Stressful situations
- Memory problems
- Sleep deprivation
I’ve been trying to dream more as I’ve been working on creative projects that would be even better to incorporate pictures from my imagination into as well.
What does caffeine do to the dreaming process?
Caffeine isn’t something I’m highly big on but there’s good reasons why that’s so.
There’s usually more negative and unpleasant dreams.
The quality of sleep is usually lower than people who go without it.
Specifically when applied to coffee it could affect your experience with having a dream come out vivid and weird.
Most tie this sensation with what’s known as lucid dreaming.
