What does an audio engineer do in music production?

An audio engineer does a lot in the process of making music. They often can be found doing actions that:

• Captures the music
• Mixes the vocals and beat
• Reproduces the sound

It doesn’t stop there though with the popularity and preference of live shows rising they’ll also take their talents to music venues to further their production.
