Find what they want and spend most of your time giving it to them.
One of the most compelling methods to get a customer to open up better is customization.
Specifically in having a specialized interaction with your prospect or returning client.
What this does is lead to earning one of your most valuable assets in business.
That’s feedback.
If you find areas of improvement if there is any then it also allows you to present yourself better.
And depending on how often you receive it also affects your rate of growth.
