It seems like it can do anything you ask it to but why not so much with math?

Why is ChatGPT bad at math?

It’s because its training data is geared towards information rather than formulas. It has to be looked at as understanding what the true purpose of AI is. As smart as it seems to be there’s still some things that has to be done on the users part. It could do basic math but there’s a point where you’re asking it to do something it’s not necessarily familiar with.
