It’s the aspect of most teams that’s not talked about enough.
But let’s move on to the question at hand.
What are the benefits of collaboration?
The benefits of collaboration are the following:
- Makes experiences in establishments much more enjoyable
- Demonstrates power at a high level
- Organizes sub-groups
- It toughens everybody else involved a little more and creates a closer bond
- It proves you can be friendly to a certain degree

The time in a space where you spend most of your day matters.
Plain and simple.
You run into people and they can end up being the same ones that make your life either easier or tougher.
You don’t have to like everybody or do a bunch of pandering but it serves you best to have people you can work with.
