I’ll be explaining why dieting is so hard in the beginning.
Why is dieting so hard in the beginning?
These are the reasons dieting’s so hard in the beginning:
- The body doesn’t want to lose weight
- Your brain interferes
- Your environment
- Your lifestyle
Why would the body not want to lose weight?
The body has a funny way of showing it’s not trying to lose the weight that you want off.
You might find yourself sluggish and tired more often, earning cravings of wanting to binge eat, or even feel physically ill.
There’s a few reasons your body’s not trying to lose the weight though:
- Eating out too often
- Chronic stress
- Not drinking enough water
- Poor gut health
Let’s start from the top down to bottom.
When you eat out too often it could be a surge of calories and unhealthy ingredients that your body’s not used to and refusal to lose that weight could be the response.
It could depend on the type of food you’re eating when eating out but that situation’s assuming you’re eating junk food regularly.
Next is stress!
It’s a burden that’s taken for granted far too much and it definitely could be the difference in how easily you lose weight.
If you feel too bad to put in the work needed then you’ll most likely never get the motivation needed to reach your goal weight wise.
Another is the issue with how much water you’re consuming.
If you’re not drinking enough water plain and simply put you won’t lose weight.
There’s toxins and waste sitting in your body that’s depending on water to push it through out of your system.
If you get a grasp on making this high priority it could be a game changer.
Piggybacking off the point I just made is the gut health.
Synonymous with what I said is that buildup of waste whether it’s from junk food or things related to that which could sit in your system plays a big role in why you’re holding on to unwanted weight.
I actually had this type of problem growing up and was placed on a program to clean my bowels medicinally.
You could choose to go that route or be natural with it by treating your body right and letting things follow suit as a result.
