The category of SWOT most marketers overlook is usually the opportunities portion.
Yes it is important to understand the way each part of the formula works to make it all work in unison but there should be priority for this section.
There’s been arguments for adding an emphasis on strengths first and leaving weaknesses last.
In my experience I agree.
Focusing too long on your weaknesses can eventually detour you from wanting to ever start.
Why are opportunities important for leadership development?
Marketers at the top of their game are always looking to push the envelope with leadership development.
When looking at the opportunities they have to take in account we’ll see that they prepare them for new roles and responsibilities.
