  • Having a reasonable among of knowledge about the product or service you’re promoting
  • Having empathy for the customer and their situation
  • Being able to create and maintain meaningful relationships with prospects and current clients

What goes into being an active listener?

  • Being able to pay attention
  • Show the prospect that you’re listening to them
  • Being able to provide feedback
  • Refrain from showing judgement
  • Responding frequently
