What is your favorite drink?
Enter Black Tea.
My favorite drink that’s preferred with lemon.
I’m light on the sugar but also make it with honey when warm.
It wasn’t always that way though.
I’d use to be quick to grab a soda or something really high in sugar.
But I’m a mega citrus addict and that includes any lemon or lime based drinks.
And the benefits compound since all of my drinks are made with alkalized water.
How Black Tea beats coffee
Black Tea provides a more sustained energy boost without the jitters.
Consistent consumers are sure to notice the difference in energy.
Black Tea leads to a more calm and focused alertness.
Coffee alone just brings a cheap and quick energy spike.
What makes soda so unhealthy
Soda isn’t the way because of the high amounts of sugar and calories it has.
It’s also the lack in essential nutrients.
There’s a phosphoric acid base combined with heavy carbonation that makes it a trap.
You’re screwing up your blood sugar.
Dissolving your teeth.
And damaging your bones.
Don’t think you’re safe if you grab a Zero Sugar substitute either.
Studies suggest that messes up your blood sugar even worse than the sugary version.
How to alkalize your body
An alkalized body is one that puts itself in the positive when it comes to PH Balance.
That mainly breaks down to 2 types of consuming.
Nutrition and hydration.
Other healthy habits will seem to follow just from taking care of your body in those areas.
7.0 PH is a healthy balance of acidity and alkalinity.
I’m able to consistently balance this state of being thanks to my medical grade water ionizer.
A filter to keep it simple.
You don’t even need it in the early stages of your journey.
If you’re focused on reaching a healthy alkalinity level then consider eating as organic as possible.
Try getting rid of plastic waters.
And reap the benefits through treating your feelings and emotions right for once.
Final thoughts
My favorite drink should be known worldwide most of the time includes a citrus flavor of some sort.
As far as alcoholic drinks go I’m pretty versatile although I haven’t really expanded my palette past we’ll say 10-15 drinks.
I’m a huge proponent for the type of water I consume and take it into consideration when I create homemade drinks.
I bought a water ionizer for the record, so that’s what’s allowed me to consistently drink this type of water for the past few years.
Either way, if I didn’t have the machine I do then eventually I’m sure I’d get put on to selecting healthier choices when it comes to my drinking water.
But my black tea is my main squeeze at the moment.
