It’s not the popular concept of ‘focusing on your own journey and not the journey of others’. Mine is actually the life lesson of discipline. There’s plenty of reasons why being disciplined serves to take those who practice it far in life. It actually falls in line really well with another principle that I like a lot too; self-control.
