Why are strip clubs legal? (Discussion)

I’ll be discussing why strip clubs are legal.

They’re not really my thing but they’re aesthetically pleasing to me and I’ve had some fun times watching my entourage have a good time there.

It’s the place you go if you wanna see some of the sexiest girls on the planet.

There’s some famous spots that are known nationwide.

The only one I can name off hand is Magic City but don’t let that detour you from experiencing one.

But let’s get to the question.

Why are strip clubs legal?

It’s because Congress doesn’t have any authority over erotic entertainment.

FAQs

Are lap dances legal in Canada?

Yeah, and that’s thanks to a Supreme Court of Canada Ruling.

There’s been people that’s been questioning if they would be able to visit Ontario for the fun but I’m here to say it’s okay.

It is however a dying industry up north though.

It’s mainly due to a shift in the audiences that’s been visiting or even changing citizenship to the area.

I was surprised to find out that it’s only been roughly 25 years that the country allowed lap dances to be legal.

What’s wrong with shaking booty?

I’ve never left the country myself per se but I have family in Detroit and we’ll sometimes indulge in that fun from time to time.

And since Windsor’s right upstairs from there it could be a possibility.

I will say this though!

They got a break having dances for only $10-$15.

When I went in Florida (Tampa area) I wanna say it was double the price, granted that was almost 10 years ago I still remember it like it was yesterday.

I personally can do without going because for some reason I feel “little boy’d” every time I go.

Maybe that changes with maturity though, nonetheless it’s good that Canada gets to join in on the fun.

Can Americans strip in Canada?

They cannot, matter of fact it’s only Canadians that can do it legally.

It’s a bummer because you ask around and you’ll find out that anybody who goes to both American and Canadian strip clubs say that they prefer the beers and dancers there.

Interestingly enough it’s because the alcohol percentage is higher, I digress though.

There are some crazy rules in Canada when it comes to clubs though that I became aware about, according to Las Vegas Weekly; they have to stay 3 feet away from customers.

That’s pretty funny considering their goal is to get as close as possible for the most money, at least in theory.

How do Americans view Canadians?

I personally don’t see anything wrong Canadians, in fact I can’t find much complaint that anyone has to say.

The Canadian personalities that I’ve followed (and still do) on socials are actually charming.

They come across as well spoken and fun to be around.

There’s some pop culture media that depict them sometimes as snobby, but it’s in a fun way.

I chalk that up mainly to the French aspect they bring to the table.

I’ll put it this way though, if that’s all an entire country comes across as then they’re doing something right.

What city in Canada has the most Americans?

That’s Windsor, Ontario.

Just as I mentioned earlier it’s right above Michigan.

On top of Windsor, it’s not uncommon to find most Americans that decide to transfer their citizen end up moving to Toronto as well.

I could imagine the Raptors have something to do with it but that’s just a guess.

If you’re like most Americans then you probably care to know what area would feel most like home if you were to move there.

I found a user on Quora had this to say about the same scenario:

So to sum it up they see Calgary as very similar to Denver considering their rich attractions of high mountains.

I just found that being interesting and somewhat important for the prospect that might be considering the move.

Is it easier to get into Canada or USA?

Canada and it’s not even close.

They’re much more welcoming and inviting (as they’re known to be), the same goes with their treatment of immigrants.

It’s funny because there’s an episode of King of The Hill where one of the neighborhood members swap houses with a Canadian family.

We get to drop in on their experiences in both areas and it just seemed much more smooth of a situation for the American staying in Canada than vice-versa.

Of course that’s more their treatment but I see it going hand in hand.

Final thoughts

This started off talking about strip clubs and the experiences of them in Canada but ended up talking about citizenship in general.

Canada is known for being great lovers in general so it would only make sense for them to have a good experience when it comes to their erotic dance scene.

It’s good to learn something new about my neighboring country and share it with you all.

But I’d like to know what you think of strip clubs in general as far as an experience or your view on the form of entertainment as a whole.

And to anyone from Canada that may be reading, thank you for making it this far without cancelling me.

You probably didn’t need me to thank you but I tend to show gratitude for even the littlest things at times.

Thanks everybody though.

Until next time.
