I’ll be answering what makes Vegito more cocky than Gogeta.

What makes Vegito more cocky than Gogeta?

He has the memories of both Goku and Vegeta but has more influence from Vegeta. Gogeta has more personality traits of Goku.

For whatever reason the Metamoran fusion has characteristics closer to Goku while the potarras bring a fighter that favors Vegeta more.

There’s a chance that Vegito’s personality dominates this fusion instead of the reverse.

It makes sense when Vegito starts off with Vegeta’s name.

I also think it might have something to do with the quality of the fighter that Vegito had to fight.

Of course I’m only going off his fight with Buuhan since I consider myself more of a DBZ specialist.

And with same point I’ve also seen all of the movies except for Resurrection F but it’ll be relevant.

Gogeta however has Goku’s personality being more dominant.

Because he wasn’t made canon until super Broly that’s only the fairest way to make assumptions on him.

He’s more playful and lighthearted when it comes to fighting Broly but not in a cocky way.

His tactics are much more embracing of wanting a good fight against his strongest opponent yet.
