RealTalkAJ

It’s AJ, and this is my commercialized blog site, where I can share my lifestyle interests and provide thoughtful insights on topics worth discussing.

Are there any activities or hobbies you’ve outgrown or lost interest in over time?

Yes, and I’ll get into them.

Showing off my tattoos in ways to gather attention.

That was why I got my first and even my second one.

What it comes down to after reflection is looking for external validation.

I’m trying to break it down to only doing things because they truly make me happy.

So what that was is more of an example if anything.

You have to understand that it’s never that specific when it comes to my response on these answers.

I’ll give an example but most of the time there’s a deeper lesson in the grand scheme of things.

It’s not about the tattoo exactly (matter fact there’s an argument that could be made it’s for display) but…

It could easily be applied to anything else people buy.

There’s a lot of people who’ll do things just to impress others and not even end up liking what they get.

We do it with our friends, sometimes it could be an enemy or whoever.

It’s mainly doing things for everybody first and constantly putting yourself last.

I call this a hobby because it’s something I did most of my life in a dream where I was older.

It’s safe to say that was more of a nightmare because it’s a sad life to reflect on if you realize that’s all you did.

I wanted to say it’s what I did up to this point but that wouldn’t be true.

This blog’s a shining example that there’s some aspect of myself that I keep personal, I just made it public (if that makes sense).

Also, I have a feeling someone somewhere is asking “why do you rap then”

And my answer’s simple, I’m human.

I still feel every emotion that you do but also being an extroverted person makes me feel almost obligated to be a voice for an audience.

What I’ve been doing these past few years is gathering them and getting an understand of who they are exactly.

I’m grateful to be on this journey and confident enough to finally speak on behalf of more people than myself.

It’s even better that I feel I got worthy enough talent to share!
