Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.
It would start with waking up and immediately writing about the first few things that come to mind.
I’ll get all of my thoughts out on paper and then go on to map out my goals for the day.
It’ll be even better if I already have them planned out to start, but continuing on:
There’ll have a light workout I can fit in to my schedule early on to get any physical stress out the way.
After that I’ll most likely go on to get the most important thing on my list out the way.
I’ll try to get everything finished but I’ll be in the best frame of mind to be content with what I accomplish.
Maybe the time will be somewhere close to afternoon and then I’ll get a light snack to have more energy.
After that I’ll probably have some friends that I can enjoy some entertainment with for a few hours.
When that’s done I’ll go home or wind down with a movie or something I can enjoy alone.
Then it’ll be somewhere close to late evening (9pm or 10) and have sex to get my mind stimulated for the next day’s activities.
