I’ll be explaining why there’s horror movie remakes of childhood books we may remember growing up.
Why are there horror movie remakes of childhood books?
There’s been a surge of horror movie remakes when it comes to a few of our cherished childhood stories thanks to something that could safely be called ‘reboot culture’.
We’ve seen it happen with the likes of the most recent being Winnie The Pooh: Blood & Honey.
And to the point of reboot culture we’ve also seen a slew of Stephen King movies be recreated lately.
