How to judge character effectively

Are you a good judge of character?

Yeah I have a very minor tick for identifying things I’ll tend to like about somebody. Yeah and a big reason I’m able to handle everything so well are myers briggs personality tests. I think they explain others a lot better. I’m consistently an E and strongly believe that it’s the reason I’m a good wrtier. My favorite test of character is putting trust in my friends to complete the tasks I assign to them.

Seeing the good in others

It’s said to be naive if you’re someone that sees the good in other people.

I personally don’t think it’s a bad thing to have expectations of getting the best out of the people you’re around. If you’re someone who subscribes to the belief that we’re magnetic beings then you’ll be excited about the new people you meet. There’s plenty of different backgrounds when it comes to everybody’s upbringing.

However that belief in your fellow man to make right choices is faith in its highest form. You don’t need to be religious in order to believe in faith. But using faith in a positive lens will always prove to be useful. It creates a cycle of good news.

How my enfj personality type makes me a better writer

I do a lot of writing and as an ENFJ I wanted to share what strengths I’ve been able to capitalize on. I make sure that I discuss things I’m passionate about. That ensures I’m gonna have content released that’s coming from a good place. Because I look for interaction and true connection when it comes to writing about things we all care about.

Building trust through quality work

I thive on teams where communication is an option but it’s not necessarily a demand. On teams there’s some requirements where a specific set of skills have to be performed to hit the goal. After strengths are established if the work you promise to deliver is of high quality then we’ll most likely be a good team.
