What makes the Super Ghost Kamikaze special?
The Super version of Gotenks will usually produce a single ghost while the Ultimate version will create 5 that attack the target.
It includes a ki mastery to perfect the attack. This was a surprise when it was debuted because it shows how impressive in strength Trunks and Goten achieved at this point.
The fusion itself shows the personality of Gotenks through the Super Ghosts and his cocky behavior with the best traits of Trunks and Goten.
Was Gotenks stronger than Super Buu?
YES Gotenks was stronger than Super Buu.
He proved he was stronger once he proved that he could go SSJ3.
When he transformed it should’ve been game over but he started goofing off near the end of his fight and that was his downfall.
We could look at official power scaling guides to prove this but the wikis that address this has a reputation for misinformation SO this might be coming from some bias.
It might be a better move to just make your conclusions based off the manga.
What is the most powerful fusion in dragon ball?
The first fusion came from dragon ball z but what if I told you the strongest doesn’t even come from that series?
That honor goes to Super Saiyan 4 Xeno Gogeta.
We’re first introduced to Super Saiyan 4 in the GT series.
For those unaware it’s the fusion between Goku and Vegeta in Super Saiyan 4 forms during Dragon Ball GT.
It’s done doing the Metamoran dance to create what’s known as the strongest fighter in all of Dragon Ball.
This fusion was seen to defeat Omega Shenron.
Gotenks Ghost
If you were trying to determine who out of the two the ghosts look like it’s safe to say it’s more of a Goten ghost before Trunks.
When they both go super Saiyan you can clearly see it favors Goten more so.
Final thoughts
Gotenk’s super ghost kamikaze works with literally spitting out a ghost that explodes on contact.
Gotenks was a pioneer with successfully completing the Metamoran fusion dance.
He was made to be a much better character but since after his debut hasn’t proved to be that much effective in fights he’s used.
When he’s used in Super it shows how out of his league he’s in when compared to Beerus.
He’s still a strong character regardless of how strong everyone else gets in the series.
It’ll be interesting to see how well he’s placed in the Sparking Zero game.
