  • One of the most popular is Dungeons and Dragons

Perhaps more important than the types of RPGs may be the characteristics that make them considered that genre.

RPGs have these traits in common:

  • Stats
  • Fantasy
  • Adventure aspect

There may be a little more to it but these are the most important when it’s all said and done.
