Welcome to my TCL 55” Roku TV product review.

TCL 55” Roku TV

The TCL Roku TVs are pretty nice to have. I like the fact that it’s a smart tv. That may be taken for granted but I came from only having regular HDTVs so having the option of having apps on the tv was pretty useful. Also, I like the airplay feature. The picture quality lasts for years and it can be customized with cool wallpapers to present flavor.

What apps do smart tvs have

There’s a few standard apps that come on any smart tv.

You’ll get Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, YouTube.

There’s even some bangers on there like the Roku Channel, Tubi, and I have the adult swim app on mine too.

Netflix

Netflix is one of the most popular streaming apps to have so it might be worth having an account for when you get yours.

When you consider you’re getting thousands of movies at your disposal off one app that’s already installed on the tv you get it only makes sense.

Amazon Video

Amazon Video is more slept on in my opinion.

They have plenty of good movies on there.

I have an Aunt that buys movies frequently on there and I can remember some good times going to her place and watching them with her.

They would be movies that would be harder for me to find because they were less popular but that’s a big reason I’m grateful for Amazon Video when I reflect on it.

Hulu

Hulu is another app that’s got plenty of good movies and originals on there.

It’s a brand that’s stock is on the rise if you’ve seen commercials lately.

They have big names backing them up and reputable titles to boot.

YouTube

And lastly, YouTube.

The biggest video content creator platform in the world.

Nuff said.
