One of the most iconic relationships in all of horror is getting special attention with this post.

We’re gonna explore the relationship between Chucky the Killer doll and Tiffany the Bride.

Does Chucky really love Tiffany

Chucky loves Tiffany and his past stories prove it to be true.

In Bride of Chucky Tiffany shared a reputation that Chucky would have in killing anyone that ever harmed her.

But it would confuse most fans because Chucky wouldn’t reciprocate the unlimited love she had for him.

His behavior actually offended her so much that she even turned on him.

And Chucky being super obsessive kills her then puts her soul in a doll to be tied in with her even further.

Why does Chucky kill Tiffany?

Chucky kills Tiffany after an argument reveals he never had plans of marrying her.

He gets revenge on her trapping her by killing her in a bathtub.

All of which comes directly from Bride of Chucky.

He kill her again in the same movie but while she’s a doll.

For context there ends up being an epic finale in where Tiffany tries to kill Chucky.

He responds by stabbing her in the heart while in doll form.

The feud with each other continues in Seed of Chucky where he swings an axe to her face and kills her in doll form.

It does lead to a twist that I’ll decide not to spoil although the movie’s been out for over a decade already.

Why does Tiffany even love Chucky in the ‘Child’s Play’ series when he treats her so poorly?

Despite Chucky treating Tiffany so poorly she still loved him for a few different reasons:

• She thought he changed for the better after coming back to life as a doll
• She had a kid with him
• She had a lot in common with him
• He’s good at romance

Bride of Chucky is when we’re first introduced to Tiffany and it shows that she kept up with Chucky’s life as a human.

She sneaks into a police precinct and recover Chucky’s remains after he’s torn to shreds in Child’s Play 3.

This explains why Chucky has stitches in Bride.

But Tiffany kept up with the life of Charles Lee Ray all the way up until his death in the first film.

After she got some time to spend with Chucky as a doll and going on adventures it reminds her how good he is at romance.

By the time we reach Seed they officially have a kid and she wants to stay with him in efforts of starting a family.

After the television series Chucky drops it shows more about their past and showed them being really good friends as humans.

The bond was through homicidal activities but that’s what kept them together.

Why did Chucky turn Tiffany into a doll?

Chucky turned Tiffany into a doll because he wasn’t able to just let her go.

He knew that she was hurt finding out he never planned on marrying her but still enjoyed her company.

But once she played with him it pushed him over the edge and decided to kill her.

That wasn’t enough though so he also transferred her soul into the doll that she locked him in a cage with.

Having her body stuck in a doll worked out for him because it meant she would be able to help him get his body back as a result.
