It’s completely up to what your goals are. If you’re looking to get more popular then a vlog would be the best route. It’s one of the fastest ways to grow a name online. There’s a few things that make them different from each other but what they have in common is that they’re a diary used to get more clicks and views.

- Blogs are written-through with videos added to them
- YouTube channels are made up of only videos
Profile Tree says that both a blog and vlog are simply a detailed diary that you use to get as many clicks or views for your name, brand and/or company.
