How often do you walk or run?
I find myself getting a light 30 minute walk every day. There was someone really wise that says you should only do it on the days you want to feel good.
I would only improve my water intake by itself since it would compliment my consciousness with getting active often.
I make a tea that I find myself drinking damn near every day and it does good things for me that I’ve noticed with benefits such as:
- More energy
- Better mood
- Controlling of my sugar intake
These are only a few things that I’ve noticed (and the people around me).
I’ve been able to thank my custom tea drink materials all because of a machine that I’ve had the luxury of using.
