How are you feeling right now?

I’m good and feeling better.
There’s been quite a few ups and downs in terms of seeing how expectations play out but most were minor scenarios anyway.
To keep things moving forward I want to touch on the topic of feeling good and the importance of it.
Very often you’ll find that most people who are great at being self aware tend to lead the most successful and peaceful lives.
That’s actually why I make active efforts towards controlling my own emotions as much as possible.

I actually feel more calm when I picture the state of being that I see for myself in the future.
There’s been news that I received about a project that I’ve worked on with helping someone that I’ve worked for in finally getting a retirement date.
It’s refreshing to have that present in my reality at the moment because it makes having an optimistic view about anything that comes forward easier.
In a world where people are more stressed prone it usually falls really easy on them to share their misery with anyone else.
It can be depressing at times when you run across so many people that go out of there way to make you feel bad, but there’s more.
Your personal happiness is your responsibility, plain and simply put.
There’s times where you I’ll feel overwhelmed when asked to do something on the fly, that could be from still learning how to function best when serving people or more.
It’s only a portion of life though, and I understand that feeling good is an everyday battle that’s earned.
I’ll end with this quote: life is 1% what happens to you and 99% of how you respond.
