Yes, and actually it’s a healthy creative outlet.
There’s arguments floating around that learning to play instruments can even make you a genius.
It makes sense when you consider all of the notes you could be learning depending on the instrument you choose, plus the innovations that could be made when you finally master the basics only adds to the possibilities.
Conclusion
To be 100% clear it is a great idea to learn playing an instrument.
Sometimes all we need is a healthy and creative outlet to do something productive and increase intelligence.
