I’ll be answering why destiny hero malicious is good.

If you’re familiar with Hero decks then you probably came across this card at some point in time.

I play elementals myself whenever I get around to get a game in on Master Duel.

They’re notorious for being a fusion friendly archetype so I’m actually pretty excited to dive into this topic.

I’m personally a fan of the Neos and other original monsters that Jaden would use in GX so I’m a little unfamiliar with it, but that won’t stop us.

Let’s move on though.

Why Is Destiny Hero Malicious Good

Destiny Hero Malicious is good because it’s a hero monster. That’s kind of a joke but dominantly factual. I’ll even go as far to say that if you go against someone who has it and you don’t then you’re an evil person. But from a combat standpoint it’s highly compatible making it an incredibly valuable card.

Why is a hero considered good?

Heroes are considered good because they have a self confidence that’s usually unmatched.

They care about their fellow man and do what they can to protect them.

They’re disciplined and show self-control that proves they’re responsible with the power they have.

And with those qualities it makes them leaders.

Destiny Hero Malicious

I would have loved to build a destiny hero deck around malicious.

It has an effect that could come in handy when trying to get a special summon off.

It’ll only allow you to special summon another monster with the same name and that’s after removing one in your grave from play.

That might sound limited off discovery but if you look at the bigger picture of being able to summon a stronger monster it’s worth it.

Destiny Hero archetypes are some of the strongest in the entire game and make having each one increasingly valuable.

The only thing that’s a little frustrating about this card for me is having such low attack and defense as a 6 star monster.

Conclusion

Destiny Hero Malicious is definitely a strong support card if you build around other Hero monsters.

It’s effect is simple at face value but if it’s used strategically then it can be very useful in duels.

I only see it being helpful to get another for a fusion.

Of course I may be a little biased based on the fact that I really like the options for fusions with other elementals but there’s flexibility with it.

Overall, it’s an above average card for me.

If I had to grade it I would probably give it a C+ but it definitely has use that could be used with other builds as well.
