The main reason this issue happened with iPhone users is associated with an iOS update. It specifically dates back to the iOS 14.5 firmware. However there has been a simple fix that’s been working for everybody that does it. You simply:

  • Force close the app
  • Restart by re-downloading

iOS update

As we’ve mentioned before, firmware updates are necessary to get the most out of your smartphone, in this case your iPhone.
