The popular music software was discontinued and sent shockwaves across the music production community, and what we’re going to do is figure out why that is.
Why was ProTools First discontinued
ProTools First was discontinued because of a technical issue that the company couldn’t fix. It’s something that’s due with their drain free cloud accounts. What that means is that there’s no new downloads or updates you can make to their program. You can, however get other versions of your software, if you want to continue using ProTools.
