If you’re a fanatic and want to get into Yu Yu Hakusho more, then this guide is for you.

How much filler does it have?

None.

The anime has every episode function as a necessary part of the story making it canon.

That can be an issue with some great Shonen stories and frustrates some fans.

I’m one of them at times when I’m following along with my favorite manga and go through tons of irrelevant material. I had moments in the manga that included filler but I was alright with it for the most part.

Order to be watched

For the anime it’s a pretty easy follow in how everything’s straight forward.

There’s several arcs to follow:

Spirit detective saga

Dark tournament saga

Chapter Black saga

Three Kinds saga

From episode 1 and so forth everything comes together nicely.

The show can be watched on most streaming platforms.

I watch on Hulu but it’s also on Crunchyroll.

There’s that and Tubi.

I’m pretty sure on even the Roku channel as well but point is it’s not hard to find.

Final Thoughts

Yu Yu Hakusho is a great anime.

I think anyone that likes traditional action with a fair digest of only 4 seasons will enjoy.

It’s definitely one of Shonen’s better shows and has a legendary writer in Yoshihiro Togashi.
